Joshua and Caitlin had been playing outside last week (a mix of Robin Hood, Men in Iron and playing House) and took over a little bit of the land to be their garden.
The screened in porch was the their house. The garden was their food supply and the yard was their jousting field.
They had worked up the soil so nicely that we bought them some bulbs to plant in their garden.
Joshua kept saying, "This is so much fun!" He loves to dig. Sometimes when I'm working outside he wants me to dig a hole with him. A big hole. Just to dig.
Now we wait for a springtime harvest.
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven.
~ Ecclesiastes 3:1

Always nice to run across another believer's blog. Thanks much. What a cute idea with the sheets bundle! Blessings.
Good idea! How come I can't think of those things? I always want to plant fall bulbs but never get to it.
Make it a school project. That's what I plan to do. Problem solved.
Blessings to you Lisa!
