She was made out of the same fabric as the baby blanket in the background. I made the baby blanket eleven years ago for my sister's first born. In the past eight years she has passed her baby blanket on to share with her three brothers and over the years it has become faded from washings and love.
When I was looking for scraps for Caitlin to make a rag doll I came across this fabric. There was just enough left to make Sweet Sophie - so we made her - a memory doll for my niece of her baby blanket. Caitlin made a little necklace for her and we presented the doll to my niece today.
Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.
