This powerful joy of her heart energizes her hands for willing labor.
Some scholars have translated verse 13 to read that the Proverbs 31 woman works with the pleasure of her hands, with willing hands, with merry hands, with inspired hands! I like all of these thoughts and the attitudes they reflect, and I hope you're getting the picture. Her joyous heart and the busy hands it energizes transform everything she touches into something of beauty."
