We celebrated New Year's Eve with church friends this year. We played games, wii, had snacks and laughed a lot. By the time we got home it was 11:30 and the kids were so excited that they were up so late. We got out some bubble wrap I was saving for New Year's so we could make some fire-cracking noise of our own. We had a count down and yelled, "Happy New Year!" while jumping on the bubble wrap. It was very fun. Sometimes the simplest things can be so fulfilling.
