I made these dolls from a book called Wee Felt Folk. I call them my little woodland children.

This is Faith and Joy. They are good, reliable girls. Faith's favorite thing to do in the afternoons is to kick a ball around the yard. Their yard is the top of my bed which looks like a meadow to me. Joy likes to find new little animals to take care of. She is currently taking care of a cockatoo, a dingo and a little koala bear. Faith also likes helping her sister with the little animals. She likes walking the dingo.

This is Hope and Grace. Grace is the littlest sister of the woodland children. Hope takes care of Grace. She feeds her and helps clean her up. Hope is a good, loving sister who loves taking care of Grace.

These are all the sisters. They are talking about how far Faith kicked the ball today and all the little animals Joy is taking care of. Soon it will be bedtime. They will go into their beds and say goodnight. Their beds are on my side table for that is where I made their house for now.

Those are really cute Caitlin. You are quite creative. Maybe sometime you can give Abby a lesson on how to make them.
I saw something the other day that you might be interested in. It might be fun for some pretend play with your woodland children (in warmer weather).
