Rockin' Girl Blogger

Theresa at Treasure in Earthen Vessels has nominated me for her Rockin' Girl Blogger award. I have no idea how to get the button to my blog so you have to visit her to see it. :-)

It's fun to meet other bloggers in real life (IRL) after reading about them on their blogs. It is like instant friendship. I look forward to spending more time with my new IRL friend.

She also nominated Michelle who is a IRL friend before blogging but I have to say that she is just as funny and warm on her blog as she is in real life. I'm so glad she started a blog.

If I could nominate a Rockin' Girl Blogger it would be Linda who's blog was one of the first blogs I ever visited and who has become a special internet friend. We have been in online Bible Studies together and have emailed each other and lifted each other up in prayer through hard times. I would award her (if I knew how. LOL! My husband is the computer geek not me. I'm the homeschool geek. :-) ) Linda's love for the Lord and her passion for Him come across in her blog and emails. I'm honored to know her through the blogging community.

Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart,
and the pleasantness of one's friend springs from his earnest counsel.
~ Proverbs 27:9

Lisa, to display the pink award photo just right click and save it to your computer and then just insert it like you would a regular photo.

As for nominating... just stop by and let the person know that you are nominating them.

Hope you are having a great week and that Caitlin is doing better.

Scott doesn't think he'll be home next Tuesday night for the meeting but maybe Sammi (my dd) will babysit so I can still come. :o)

Thanks for the directions. I insert photos from Piccasa so I'll have to ask Quentin to help me.
Hope to see you on Tuesday. :-)

Lisa, oh my goodness...I am catching up on blogs and just now read your kind comments. Thank you!
If there is anything good that comes out of my life, all praise and glory go to our Lord. He alone is worthy of praise!

Much love and blessings to you,
Linda

P.S. Thank you for praying for my health. Today I finally feel like I'm turning the corner on this bronchitis, praise God!
