It seems there is never enough time to read. By time I mean hours to get lost in a book. I usually have 3-5 books with bookmarks in them piled by my bed and then fall into bed tired from the day and not reading at all. OR I stay up way too late until the wee hours of the morning and then can not function well at all in my daily roles as kind wife, happy mama and home educator.
So this year my resolution (target, goal) is to realize I won't have the hours I would like to read but to create a moment here and there - hopefully with a cup of tea and a bit of quiet - to get my pile of books done.
I also resolve not to get too many books from the library at once so I can enjoy the books and not worry about my pile of "due dates".

Lisa, I can relate with the bookmark comment, LOL!
I must confess to borrowing too many books from the library and returning some of them unread. I hope to be more diligent and wiser with my time this year!
